All winter lodge bookings are made online with payments made via PayPal (no PayPal account required). The process is simple - just click on the [Online Booking] button above and follow the on-screen instructions.

Book the entire lodge exclusively for your group! Full lodge rate: $650 per night, minimum stay 2 nights. Save $250 a night!
A cancellation fee will apply to accommodation bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to the booked period. There will be no refund if cancellation is made within 14 days of the booking period.
Located at Dargo Court, Mount Hotham, the Shepparton Alpine Club provides spectacular accommodation located at Mt Hotham, Australia's highest ski resort. Mt Hotham is easily accessible by car or bus with sealed road access via the Great Alpine Road through Bright or Omeo. Travel from Melbourne is approximately 4.5 hours via Bright or 5.5 hours via Omeo.
Chains must be carried, and fitted where signed. Chains can be a pain! But if you hire chains from Hoys off mountain, they will fit them for free!
Once at Hotham Heights, you can drop off your gear to the lodge (we have two toboggans outside the lodge, or call Snow Tow) before moving your car to one of the overnight parking areas further down the mountain towards Dinner Plain. Free buses will bring you back up to Hotham Heights, but dress warmly as you might have to wait 10 minutes.
Shepparton Alpine Club is located at the end of Dargo Court in the Davenport Village area, and is within easy walking distance of Jack Frost, village transport, pub, restaurants, supermarket and the Big D beginner chair lift and ski school.
It's also just a short walk or ski to the downhill ski slopes and 35 kms of cross country ski trails.
The resort is fully lit at night providing safe walking access from lodges to transport and village restaurants. A free bus service is provided by the resort from the car park to Jack Frost until 3 am. A short walk away, the resort also provides night skiing at the Big D complex on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
In summer, you can drive into Dargo Court and unload almost at the lodge door.

Getting your gear to a lodge at Mount Hotham in the snow can be tricky (in Summer you can virtually drive to our door)!
Shepparton Alpine Lodge offers both a wheeled sled and a ski sled to help transport your gear from car to lodge.
Alternatively, you can take advantage of private services for transporting your gear (and yourself!) to the lodge.

If, due to lack of snow, there are less than 3 lifts (inclusive of at least 1 lift that services an intermediate trail) operating at Hotham 2 days prior to the check-in date of your snow holiday, you may choose to receive a credit or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation at Shepparton Alpine Club and lift company products. If you decide to wait less than 2 days before your check-in date to see if further lifts open, the credit or refund will be granted based on the number of lifts operational due to lack of snow on the day you request a refund. You may not cancel your holiday on the check-in date. This snow guarantee only applies if a lift cannot be opened due to a lack of snow on the major trail it services. The guarantee does not apply if lifts are on windhold – i.e. not able to be opened due to high winds, low visibility or a combination of these weather elements or undergoing temporary maintenance.

The Shepparton Alpine Lodge offers great accommodation for families. Children love club skiing because unlike apartments where you are confined to a couple of rooms, families can enjoy an expansive communal lounge and games rooms - there is even a cubby for littlies under the stairs! Our live in managers provide a wealth of experience to assist you to get the most out of your snow holiday. But what makes SAC great for families is there are other families there to share your experience with, kids love being with other children. Families with non-skiing members will enjoy having communal lounges with open fires and amazing views across the high plains to share with other guests.
Children can play table tennis and billiards in the games room. Though the real playground is at the front door, there is nothing more exciting for children than waking up in the morning and opening the door onto a fresh blanket of snow. Families can team up with their kids and work on the annual igloo, build a snowman/person to welcome the skiers and snowboarders home.
Share the experience with other families or relatives, have a great day on the snow with the kids, share a communal meal and put the children to bed and discuss the days skiing and boarding with your friends and other guests. Ski and board hire is close by. First time skiers and boarders will appreciate the support of seasoned club members, some of whom are ski instructors and patrollers.

Shepparton Alpine Club is a great venue for family groups, schools and clubs to get together. The communal atmosphere, dual kitchen and large living and dining facilities are perfect for sharing a ski or board holiday.
Large groups planning ahead can book the entire 38 bed lodge out for your exclusive use, during Winter we have live in managers to assist you to get the most out of your ski holiday, catering can also be arranged. Share accommodation is a lot more enjoyable than spreading your group across a number of apartments!
The lodge is also available for clubs such as bushwalking, 4X4, road cycling and mountain biking (MTB) to use during the summer months. We have several schools, personal trainers and gyms that currently use the lodge during the summer months for high altitude training.
