Booking Policy

  • Bookings are accepted at the discretion of the Booking Manager and Committee.

  • Online Summer Bookings are not available for guests without a member being in attendance.

  • Member friends and family can book through the SAC Booking Officer - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  • All Summer Bookings must be for a minimum of two nights with no less than 10 guests.

  • The whole lodge can be booked for $650 per night. (For each booking please add a $280 fee for opening & closing the lodge)

  • A bond may be required for a group booking, at the discretion of the Booking Officer.

  • The restricted hours for telephone enquiries or bookings will be enforced to preserve the sanity of our booking officer!

 

Cancellation Policy and Refund Terms

  1. Cancellation requests must be made via email to the Shepparton Alpine Club Booking Officer Ray Crossley at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  2. Winter Peak Season: No refunds will be provided for cancelation of Peak Season bookings.

  3. Winter Super Saver and Value Seasons:

    - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your reservation arrival date will receive a 50% refund.


    - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days from your reservation arrival date.

  4. Summer Season: 

    - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your reservation arrival date will receive a 50% refund.

    - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days from your reservation arrival date.

  5. Cancellation refunds are at the discretion of the Shepparton Alpine Club Committee. (Exceptional circumstances will be considered.)
